Upgraded granite surfaces and indulgent minibar including a wine fridge.

Primary Bedroom – King mattress, Flatscreen TV, ensuite bathroom with dual vanities, walk in closet and private sliding door balcony access. The primary bedroom includes a work desk and chair perfect for remote work!

Second Bedroom – Double Queen Mattresses with flatscreen TV and an oversized walk-through closet and connected ensuite jack and jill bathroom.

Third Bedroom – Queen mattress and flatscreen TV.

Hallway Bathroom – Off the hallway across from the kitchen is a hallway bathroom with dual sink vanity.

Kitchen – Updated kitchen with granite countertops, fully stocked with cooking essentials for your convenience. Dining room table with seating for 6 and bonus breakfast bar seating.

Living Room – Entering the condo down the hallway past the Kitchen you'll notice the large oceanfront view of the gulf! The Living room has a coastal comfortable charm with two sofas and one chair plus flat screen TV. One of the sofas is a sleeper sofa. We also try our best to keep it stocked with games and books for our guests!

Laundry Room – Washer and Dryer in unit for guest convenience.

Indian Shores is a quaint beach town with a casual sleepy beach town feel. The beaches are plentiful and full of sugary white sand and the sunsets are colorful and breezy. There are a variety of restaurants (many with live entertainment) to enjoy where you can order seafood of any kind and grab a cocktail. There are bike, paddleboard, boat, and kayak rentals nearby. You are driving distance via car to Clearwater Beach, St Pete Beach, Tampa, Orlando (Walt Disney World), Weeki Wachee Springs and more.

Check In: is 4:00 PM and Checkout is 10:00 AM. We cannot accommodate early check or late check out.

Temperature: A/C is programmed to restrict any setting below 70 degrees in order to maintain proper maintenance per the recommendation from our HVAC technicians
