Parking: There are two parking spaces available in the townhome garage and one space for a vehicle directly outside of the garage only. Association does not allow any trailers or RV's on the premises. We do not have any further parking available then the 3 spaces mentioned.
Pet Policy: No pets are allowed.
Smoking: This is Non-Smoking building, no smoking allowed anywhere on premises.
Accessibility: In home elevator
Renter: Must be 25 years or older to rent.
Amenities: Cleaning company provides starter supplies of toiletries (toilet paper, paper towels), trash bags, dish soap.
